For AI agents & developers
Find the night. Book the table. Let the agent do it.
showhatch storefronts are built to be used by AI assistants like Meta Muse, Claude and ChatGPT. An agent can search upcoming events, compare ticket and VIP table options, and hand the person a secure Stripe checkout on the organizer's own account. No API key is needed, and showhatch charges no per-ticket fee.
https://showhatch.com/mcpMCP over Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Add it as a custom connector in any MCP client.
How a booking works
search_events, then get_event for tickets and tables.create_checkout returns a Stripe link (card, Apple Pay, Link). Tickets with QR codes arrive by email.MCP tools

REST API
The same capabilities are available as plain JSON over HTTPS. There's a machine-readable spec at /openapi.json.
Search
curl 'https://showhatch.com/api/v1/events?q=house&city=Las%20Vegas&from=2026-10-01'
Event details
curl https://showhatch.com/api/v1/events/{organizer}/{event}
Checkout
curl -X POST https://showhatch.com/api/v1/checkout \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"event_id":"{organizer}/{event}","ticket_type_id":"…","quantity":1,
"customer_name":"Ana Diaz","customer_email":"[email protected]",
"customer_phone":"+17025550100","source":"your-agent-name"}'
# → {"ok":true,"checkout_url":"https://checkout.stripe.com/…","expires_in_minutes":30}
For orders that admit more than one person, pass attendees with one {"name","email"} entry per admission, including the buyer. For a VIP table, pass table_type_id and party_size instead of a ticket type.
Rules of the road
- Confirm before you create a checkout. Repeat the event, item, quantity and price back to the person first.
- The buyer pays on Stripe. Agents never handle card details. Payment goes straight to the organizer's Stripe account.
- Refund and age policies belong to each organizer.
get_eventreturns them, so surface them before the purchase. - Set
sourceto your agent's name so organizers can see which assistants send them fans. - Rate limit: 120 requests a minute per IP. Questions or higher limits: [email protected].
Organizers: this is included
Every showhatch storefront is agent-ready from day one. Your published events appear in the events directory and are bookable through these tools, and each sale made this way is tagged with the assistant that made it. You don't need to set anything up.
